There have been many good ideas but please remember there is always more than we see or know about behind the scenes.

Lasher's idea is good but the person taking the money would be liable for taxes on anything over $600.00 collected within each year unless they themselves hold a non-profit status in the USA. You can't just collect funds for a good cause - Uncle Sam in not so understanding. I do not know the Canadian side of donations.

Hancock is now working on getting the admin cost down so future donations of $5.00 will go much further.

Just keep positive and donate what you can and we can reach the goals HWF has set forth for "our" benefit.

Lasher I see the point but I don't think that people would be happy putting money in a strangers account. Maybe you should suggest to David that he does that. I am in enough trouble already.

that's all beside the point jammy. continue your $5 donation campaign, you set up a paypal account, have folks send your account $5. when it gets up to 50 or a 100, transfer it to hwf. you do that and i'll kick contribute to it as well

me? negative? turning down 5 dollars because it's not enough is negative
